Mr Sanjeev Patil: hip

Sanjeev Patil, consultant orthopaedic surgeon at the Southern General Hospital, specialises in clinical conditions affecting young people with hip problems. He undertook his specialist hip training in Vancouver, Canada and San Diego, USA.

His areas of expert interest include the diagnosis and treatment of groin pain in young adults, corrective osteotomies around the hip for hip dysplasia and resurfacing arthroplasty for young people with arthritic hips.
